Make a Buzz button on my website?

Is this possible to make a button on my website where someone can click it and it will play a sound i choose to all the users on the website? sort of like a buzz button to let the rest of the people know that you are there??

Hi, you make google buzz button on your site using following steps:
1. Navigate to the Google Buzz API site.
2. Select “Post to Buzz”.
3. Customize your Post to Buzz button.
4. Install the code on your website.
5. Install a WordPress plugin that uses the official Google Buzz API.
