Java Applet in background?

Postby Ace » Sun Apr 20, 2003 8:07 pm

Hey, ok now this is about java appplets, but this is some html problem I think...

Im looking for a way to put an applet in the background as I can with and image! Why? Well, to make it brief. I have this kewl particle system as an java applet which uses OpenGL (yes, its a "plugin" for java, so one can use OpenGL statments) Now, the idea here was to test having this applet in the background and my <FORM> on top as I can have with a picture.

I've asked around in IRC but no luck.

I have a .css file like this:

BODY {
font-family: verdana, helvetica, arial;
background-image: url("./picture.jpg");
background-attachment: fixed;
}

And I was hoping I could change this to some java applet instead!

If this is not possible, how to do it then? Got some bright ideas?
Maybe with layers?

Thanks,
Ace
