How do you put your own icon on a web page browser?

Hi - I would be grateful to know how you put an icon so it displays on the web browser when your own web page is being viewed. At the moment I have a default one which is the website hosts symbol. I would like to set one which is connected to my web page.

Thank you. I have tried searching on the internet, with no success.
