hope you are having a nice day, I'm looking for a good php and mysql programmer who can help me in setup a compleate php and mysql project related to sending Bulk SMS and logo and ringtone, we have http/https access to the SMS gate and I have the scripts for that, but I want to improve this project and let it recode all outgoing sms and provide each member with his stats ....etc, it will be a compleate web based sms service, also we need to add a unicode converter so people can send a message using there own language. any one ready to do all that, we need it a poffisional script which recorde everything, ...etc.
