Exactly.
as mentioned at phpdn - asking for a utility bill scan just makes you seem so utterly dodgy (who in their right mind would send a real/undoctored scan to a forum poster they only just met?). Why not ask for a digitally signed email or whois lookup reference?
Actually - so that we can maybe trust you, would you mind posting a scan of your latest creditcard statement here?
