Need a script to manage 'fake' money for Roleplaying forum

Hi.

I'm trying to setup a system on my board's roleplaying forums that lets our users exchange a fake-in-board currency (Rings).

What I want it to do is allow people to login, and just trade their fake money around. Each user would get a starting balance, and it would deduct from that.

Does anyone know of a script that might do the trick, or even someone program it?

It does not need to make use of the board's user system. Separate accounts would be added by an admin.

I'd do it myself, but I don't know much PHP/SQL.

How easy would something like this be to make, and what would I really have to do?

show us what you've got and we'll guide you through steps, but do it in the php coding or Mysql php coding. ;)
