Description:
We are looking for a PHP developer for a new and innovative project that involves cutting-edge technology. A good candidate for this position must have excellent understanding of MVC-based architecture and ability to produce high-quality code independently. You must also be able to understand performance optimization techniques across LAMP stack and apply them to maximize web application performance. Experience working with JavaScript and CSS is also required.
Requirements:
· 3+ years experience in PHP development. PHP5 experience required.
· 1+ years experience with one or more modern PHP MVC frameworks, such as Symfony, Kohana, Zend. Must be able to setup a framework-based application from scratch.
· Experience with PHP ORM, such as Doctrine or Propel.
· Experience with MySQL or other database. Must be able to perform database performance optimization.
· Experience with LAMP stack - setup/configure Apache, MySQL; install PHP modules.
· Experience with one or more modern JavaScript framework, such as jQuery, YUI.
· Working knowledge of CSS.
· Familiar with Linux-based operating systems.
