Hi All
I am looking for a good textbook to learn PHP, I already own PHP and MySQL web development (3rd Edition) by Welling and Thomson. I find the book very good but it is limited in that the projects and programming techniques it introduces are not really what I am wanting.
I am wanting a generic PHP book the like of Deitel and Deitel's Visual Basic books. I do not want a book which wastes valuable pages by showing what a if ... else condition looks like in flowchart form etc...
Any ideas
