How do I make a folder be classified as a protected system operating file?

Hmmz... this is a tuff question... i think the protected OS files are predefined somewhere... those are the folders in Windows folder i guess... not sure thou..
You can use some file protection and encryption software instead..or make the file hidden...

I was thinking of making the file hidden AND making a protected OS folder.
