how can i make a forum that has an avatar? plsssssss send me a source code or script to this and on how to make a "forum".... i am a newbie in php....i dont know how to make a "forum with avatar & smileys" plsssss help me

The one you sould actually use is php Scripts... and your topic has already been moved there and replied to..
