hello, i am on a home network, and i want it so that i can go on my brothers computer, and in internet explorer i type
http://192.168.0.8:2000
when i press enter i want it to load a php webpage on my computer, but i got no idea how to do this. Any ideas?

You need to have a web server configured to serve requests at port 2000. I recommend Apache; refer to the documentation.
