Customer experience is giving your website visitor the priority in your website design.

Example of this is inclusion of SITE MAP as your web page, to make sure that your visitors can have a guide in their navigation of your website.

Another one is to make sure that your navigational menu and buttons are uniform throughout your website. This provides a sense of familiarity to your visitors, so that they wouldn't be confused while visiting your other pages.

Simplify the forms you require your visitors to fill out in your website.

Hope this helps.

You can improve customer/user experience in your site by following ways:

* Always keep in mind what a user want to read or see on any website.
* Keep your most imp things or the content that you know your user want to see at your home page only, make your user experience nicer by keeping those thing easily accessible to the users.
* Make your site structure in this way that keeps holding a user on your site.
* Don't make your site fancy keep it simple but same time catching.
* Write interesting content for your site that involves the user, like polls, games, Q and A etc.
