i am writing a script for php (duh), but i need to know if a command is needed for a space (not a normal space)
the line is:
$tablename = divinglog_$name;
the question is:
does there need to be any command between the _ and the variable or will that work as it is?

also can someone tell me what to use as a seperator?
so if the field says london-liverpool
it can be split into
london
liverpool?
