Im new to Flash; experienced with PHP... Im looking for a site that will simply help me develop these skills together. If anyone has any recommendations, please post the URL's. Thanks

yep, flashkit is a v good site, also
http://www.were-here.com is v useful as well. (i usually go here rather than flashkit simply cos their server is faster)..
