I'm trying to turn off the controls on a video. I know you can do this by just excluding the 'controls' attribute on the video tag. I've found many examples using the VideoStream example from https://gist.github.com/ranacseruet/9826293 as I am but nothing about tweaking the video tag of the current video that is streaming.
My code looks like this
Code: Select all
<?php echo " <div id='parent_of_machine' style='pointer-events: none'>"; echo"<div>";include 'newvideo.php'; echo"</div>"; echo"<div>" ;echo"<video id='videoclip' title='Lead Story' width='100%' height='100%'autoplay loop muted style='opacity:0.3'> <source id='theVideo' src='http://chillcan.com/videos/new_machine.mp4' codecs='avc1.42E01E' type='video/mp4' /></video> <p style='font-size:50px;position:absolute; top: 50%; left: 50%;margin-right: -50%;transform: translate(-50%, -50%)'>WHERE INNOVATION MEETS TECHNOLOGY</p> </div> </div>"; ?>
My problem is I can't seem to reach the DOM of the parent tags or any tag that I've wrapped around the included newvideo.php file that has the VideoStream class. How can I hide the controls of the video if I'm using Video Stream?
Thanks for any help!
