IP Address Storage in Temp file?

You could save the last time a user created that file in the same file (at the end for example) and if a user goes back whe time has passed, the file will be deleted.

IP's can and do change... so if you block an IP it could be blocking it to a player that has not played yet. and another player could enter 2 or more times within 24 hours by being assigned a new IP by their ISP. :cry:
