Image retriving

I want to create a table that store the image file, and then insert values and retrieve the image and display it.
and i don't know how to do it, please help me.

an html table, a database table? what values are being inserted where? Into a form? into a database? The easiest way to get help is show what you've already done towards your goal; failing that the next best thing is to be able to explain your goal. What would the visitor to the page see or do, and what response would you like the server to take.
