I have been using a modified version of this file (http://phpweby.com/software/filerenamer) to rename photographs on one of my sites. It worked perfectly and updated 7,000 files, while ignoring 14,000 other files.
I then ran it over a mirror (on a different server), and it didn't update any of the files. But that now means that the two sites are seriously out of synch. I have checked the permissions on the mirror site and they are 777, which should allow updating. I am a complete loss how to fix this now.
Any nudges in the right direction would be very much appreciated.
