Dynamic Website Values!

So, I'm building a dynamic website at the moment, and I want to be able to get a value from the webpage at the start. But when I use the 'include(pagelink)' at the top, it will integrate the page at the top and not just the values.

Is there anyway of fixing this?

There are several ways to pass values between 2 pages, including but not limited to, $_POST, $_GET, $_SESSION, and $_COOKIE.
