I tried searching but got rejected twice (search not available at the moment message). I am trying to connect to ldap/AD to authenticate users.
I have a "service account" from our IT team and can use it to connect and auth. users, BUT, all the documentation I find simply shows how to connect and bind but does not mention where to use my service account credentials (not a particular user's credentials) to even begin talking to the ldap server.
Thoughts/help?
