PHP Dynamic Website - Style

So, I'm making a Dynamic PHP website for the first time, all is going well except for one thing. The dynamic part does not seem to be using the style-sheet which I have defined on the index.php page. Is there any reason to this?

Also, not sure if this is relevant but my website is the /index.php?page=home type.
