How to submit open source codes?

Hi guys, please give me advice on how to submit my source code to make it open source? I have created a PHP classes that can be use in web development using MySQL database. The purpose of the classes is to help the developer create SQL codes. Any suggestions and advices are encourage. Thanks in advance.
