I need a script that accomplishes the following functions as well as allows me to be notified immediately after a survey has been completed. I also need the option to provide a set amount of surveys per paid membership and I need to be able to provide an analyzed report after the completion of the survey(s). I have to be able to set the analysis and calculations myself... This is for a personal business website... Help is much appreciated!!
