PHP redirect to language variation of current page

Hello!

I need help with php ridirect.
I have a webiste with 2 language variations: English and Russsian.

I need help on following:

1) Which code I can use so it redirects on language variation of CURRENT page. For example: I'm on www.mysite.com/ABOUTUS page and by clciking on language icon I need to be redirected on www.mysite.com/RU/ABOUTUS/
2) Also I will use language icons ofr my language menu

Hi.. im having the same problem as well. im using, <a href=" " ></a> it doesnt seem to work. it redirect on the current page.
