zend(MVC)

I am building my first application in zend.I want to access my index file located in web_root folder. but the server give the following error.can any body help me?

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

if you are using wamp .. then click on wamp icon in taskbar ->apache->apache modules->scroll down to rewrite module and click it .. Wamp will restart and that should fix the problem ..
