you should start by building a database to store questions and their answers. maybe difficulty etc. then write a front end to interact with the user. Ask them questions from the database, and evaluate their input vs the answers. if they're right you should assign points, and deduct points or mock them if they're wrong. once a set number of questions has been asked or a time threshold exceeded, declare game over and let them know how they did. you could even have a leaderboard table that records and reports the best scores. you'd need to write the code to do that too though, but it should be easy by the time you've finished the rest of it.
