Postby iwishiwashacoder » Thu Oct 11, 2012 11:50 am

Hi,

Was installing an addon to my osCommerce store and stumbled upon this problem...
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in admin\extra_info_pages.php on line 519

I have no knowledge in PHP. Only thing I know is that the error is at line 519 :p.. and have to do with closing the tags (???)

Here is the file:

I think it was a trick and you intended to keep the cookies to yourself all along :-x

kidding of course, but you can also (assuming you are allowed to do so and are ok with not employing best practices) set asp_tags=on and short_open_tag=on. Since you can do a replace all across multiple files with any decent IDE (or notepad++ if you're like me) there's not really a reason to do that, but it's an option.
