Hello There!! I want to build a website available in Spanish and English. I have been searching the web for tips about how to do it, but I am lost. Some people prefer to develop several pages per language, other ones to use XML.
What do you recommend me?? thank you very much!

Hi,
You can try "Poedit" tool for multilanguage website. I have used Poedit with zendframework to translate the entire website to spanish if user preferred lang is spanish or show the website in english.
