form input problem

form input problem

i want to be able to input text to a form field in a page without using mouse to point at the field. Can i do this with PHP? It's like if i wanted to input text to google search field but not by using my mouse, I wan't to use a script.

How about <Tab> key?
By the way you may use HTML script like focus

that's not what i mean :wink: ... i need a script that does all the <tab> hits for me... i would like to make a script that locates the field, inputs something there. I would need this
script at work, it would save me a lot of tab hits and mouse pointing if i could point to a field with a script and insert information from, for example let's say a text file, BY the script.
The problem is that i need this script to function in a HTML file that I haven't created, like if i wanted to use it on google.
