I found an HTML editor called coffeecup. You can edit ANY type of text file in it (use the options to setup .php files as recognised server files) then it allows you to open any number of files, and do a search 'n' replace on all open files. Not a bad little editor either.

Download the shareware version at http://www.coffeecup.com/download/download.php?id=011

Paul.
