Auto response to e-mail and know there is somem message

I have a site say abcd.com

I want to send an e-mail whenever i received an e-mail to this site (auto response.

and also send an auto reply to my regular e-mail account notifying me that some e-0mail has been received !!

Please help !!

look at imap_* functions in php - they allow to you to get access to pop3/imap4 interface to your site's mailbox - checking for a new mail etc. and as for sending autoresponse you may use mail() function.
