No, PSD is not supported. To my knowledge there is no PHP library to work with PSD files.

swirlee is right: there is no library for PSD yet.. however this would be quite usefull to get one.

You're brilliang ruturajv. I was wrong, coo: ImageMagick definitely does support PSDs.
