Image Map Hot spot color

Postby 85882 » Tue Aug 10, 2004 1:42 pm

I have a Image Map. And the hotspots for the links from this image map are created with coordinates. Now, is it possible to change the background color of one specific hot spot link using PHP?

Sure it's possible. But unless you have an inordinate number of hotspots (say, more than 20) then you're just as well off just having a different image for each. And if you do have an inordinate number of hotspots, you're probably better off splitting the image into many.

With Photoshop, or Fireworks, or whatever image editor you're comfortable with.
