I can get a variable from a mysql db.
I want to draw a curve of the variable on a html page.

To create the base image.

and use imageline() to draw your curves.

try to use Macromedia Flash...

Em... I can't program Flash...
And I don't want any additional software installed on the client's machine. It must be really really thin because they are really really slow. P1 233 32MB of RAM.. Got what I mean?
