how to do this? help me please

i want a user upload a image and the write down some description for the image uploaded (text). The description (text) will be store in MYSQL right? where should i store the uploaded image, is it in the "inetpub/wwwroot" folder? which should be better? help me please, thanks

Store the image wherever you want, but it should be under your web root if you want to be able to display it on your site. Then store the filename of the image in the database so you can show it when you retrieve the record.
