Graphs that scale with window size

Hello, all! My boss has tasked me with finding out if there is a graphing module (ex: phpgraphlib, which does NOT do what I need) that allows graphs to change size with the size of the window. So if a user shrinks or expands the window, the graph shrinks and expands with it accordingly.

So far my searches on the internetz have yielded no results. I might be able to create a solution myself, but I figured I'd ask around to see if anyone else knew of anything first.

Oh, and we are open to solutions using languages other than PHP (javascript, css, etc).

This would need to be javascript, considering that HTML and PHP do not know how big your screen is.
