images php coding issues or problems here.

ok i have a forum located [url]www.1phonesextopsite.info[url]here[/ure] the logo at the top left is supposed to extend the length of the topsite .. but when i replaced the "topsite" image ( the regional image being 191 *70) the image i have resizes itself... why can't i get it to extend to the full header .. what file do i need to edit to fix this ?
