Need Help with an upload system

does any one know how to create a upload system for a image sharing site. im building a image sharing site but i cant finish it cause it need an upload system for the user, i know how to create one using html but i need one for the users to upload the images to there albums when they login. if ou can help me please contact me and i will send u the files. you can see my website at atdf.netne.net and register to take a better look at it

if you want to code it yourself, you'll have to be more precise
