In the forum, all user can use "private message" to send message to other.
If I want to disable specify member cannot receive "private message",
how can I do it? how to modify the php coding?

Go to the Administration panel. You have an User Admin option at the bottom. Choose Managment and find the user you want. In the given user profile page you have a Special admin-only fields box at the bottom. There´s what you need (Can send Private Messages option)

i am not mean prevent the user send private message.
I mean how to set some user cannot RECEIVE private message.

Oh, sorry!
Hunn... i think you can´t. It is a general option!
You can only disable that for all and not for some!
