query disabled??? HELP

I have installed phpMyAdmin, and when i select a DB from the upper-left menu, it describes its tables, but writes under:

"Error
The additional Features for working with linked Tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here"

but i cannot find out why!
can somebody help me to enable the normal features?

What version are you using? Have you tried upgrading to the latest version? Might just be a bug.
