Need free host for PHP scripts

I need a free hosting to host my site. My site contains PHP/MYSQL scripts in .ZIP format where visitors are allowed to download the scripts. It also contains PHP tutorials and some other educational tools.

Here's a summary of what I need:

100+ MB of web space.
Preferably unlimited bandwith or can be 10 GB monthly.
PHP with sendmail().
Only 1 MYSQL database.
FTP or Browser only uploading.
cPanel, HSphere, Ensim or anyone of these. I prefer cPanel.
1.5+ MB of file size limit for uploading.
Allow downloads (minimum of 1.5 MB).
Allow my own for-profit advertisements.
Allow redirection (i.e. if my site is http://mysubdomain.hostname.ext, I can redirect to http://myredirecteddomain.ext.)
I will put banner, text links, buttons or pops up of the host or combination of this in my page but I will be the one to decide where. This is in return for hosting my site. But I hate to put banners on top.

I hate to break it to you, ramil, but you're dreaming. You want a professional hosting package that would ordinarily cost, what, $15/mo. .. for free? Sorry, friend, but miracles like that don't happen anymore.

$15/month? Why I have to pay for that. I got all I need, and the cost is a tiny bottom banner!!
