Is it possible to make a prompt box with 3 buttons???

Could anyone help PLEASE !!! :?:

We are now trying to make a text box, which when user change the content of the text, it will prompt the user to save changes or not by showing 3 buttons in the prompt box 'yes', 'no', and 'cancel'. Is it posseible to do so? and how?
