Form issue (data is not coming through)

Hello Everybody,
This is yogi.
I am using wordpress for my website.
I have been trying to solve issue of my form
I am using 2 different plugins now for both forms
My atleast 5/6 clients filled up the form &
form did not come through.
1)If I fill up the form from INDIA its coming
but if somebody fills it up from US or other countries it is not getting through.
2) form data filled up from USA is not even entered in entries section available in plugin

MY plugin vendor told me its server issue they may have blocked some countries.
& hosting provider said it may be plugin issue
but in even when I changed plugins I am not getting forms

Can anyone help?

I'd say build a simple form outside of wordpress, and have some people try it out to see if it comes through. That way you're removing variables. everything you need to build a simple form is explained at http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_forms.asp and php database access is explained quite well at http://jream.com/learning/videos/php-oo ... o-examples
