After using asp.net and vb, ive decided to give PHP ago as ive heard good things.
Before i tackle my project, i need to know if PHP is the answer, i'm looking to build a kind of alert messenger on my website basically cloud computing attacks news being sent to my website where the latest cloud attacks are on my website and insert into my own database. Any tips on how you would tackle this please?
Would this be possible for PHP? and what framework would you recommend?
