Learn PHP from Scratch

Hi everybody, I'm Kelsey Albert from Altadena. I am new here. I'm a Travel Expert and a freelancer working on Adventure Travel and oDesk. I know HTML, CSS and jQuarry. And now i want to learn PHP from scratch. I have tried lots of books and tutorial but I haven't a good a teacher or guidance. Please can any one help me to learn PHP from scratch. I am also a quick learner, if anyone can guide me to where from start it will be honor for me
