We use the @ at the begining of a function to supress its errors.
Example:

Code: Select all

<?php

if(@file_exists('path/to/file')) {

// whatever

}

?>

Hey jpfred,
You just need to "include" it in your Html document.
Example:

Code: Select all

<?php require_once "path/to/x.php"; ?>
<html>
<head>
<title>test</title>
</head>
<body>
whatever
</body>
</html>

Apache doesn't know that you just install PHP. You need to tell Apache about PHP and where to find it. Open the Apache configuration file (httpd.conf) and add something like: # Give the right location to your php4/php5 module LoadModule php4_module "c:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll" AddType application/x...

Try something like:

Code: Select all

function Confirmation(aid) {
     var x = confirm("Do you really want to delete?");
     if (x == true) {
          window.location.replace("/index.php?autoid="+aid);
     } else {
          return false;
     }
}

I'm not that pro with regex, but this one should do the trick: <?php preg_match_all("/site.php\?site=(.*?)\"/", $contents, $matches, PREG_SET_ORDER); ?> Example: <?php $contents = <<<EndContent <a href="site.php?site=aaaa">xxxxx</a> <a href="site.php?site=bbbbb">xxxxx</a> <a href="site.php?site=cccc...

Something like: <?php function UserLogged(){ if(!isset($_SESSION['valid_user'])) { return false; } else { return true; } } // ---------------------------------- if(!UserLogged()) { die('You must login first!'); } else { // Do whatever you want and "get" your values. } ?>

Not sure about what you're trying to acomplish. You can get some value from the database the same way as using other input type like text. Example: <form action="" method="post"> <input name="myvalue" type="checkbox" value="1" /> <input name="Gimme" type="submit" value="Go" /> </form> <?php if(isset...

The order will be the same.
To revert the order you can use the PHP's array_reverse() function.
The other array's related functions might help too!

Hey jakebur01, I'll assume everything is alright with your mysql part here such as database connection and stuff...! The problem here is that you probably have you register_globals directive set to Off. That means you must now use the $_POST superglobal array to "get" your variable values. This beca...
