Thanks, Coditor. I have resloved this issue. I added PHPIniDir "C:/php" into the bottom of httpd.conf. I don't know why. However another problem is coming:please look at my code. I have changed.
The result is wrong. Whatever I input any kinds of username or password, it always
displays "Success."

And command echo "good" and "enter" doesn't work!
