foreach($id as $key => $value){ $sql = 'UPDATE table SET name='name[$key]' where id="$value"'; } Sometimes you overlook the obvious.. escape your quotes like so $sql = "UPDATE table SET name='name[$key]' where id='$value'" ; Also ... keep the mysql_query inside the foreach loop .. otherwi...

I think the easiest thing to do is to use PhpTriad, its one package that will install Php, Apache (webserver) and MySQL so you'll have all the tools you need to get started with Php. Information and a story about a fat man can be found at http://www.phpgeek.com or download directly from http://sourc...

Ok ... sorry ... i misunderstood a little. To get an accommodation for which a record exist in accommodation_Facilitie with the value 1 and a record with the value 7 you use the GROUP BY and the HAVING components of your query. Like so: SELECT AccomID FROM accommodation_Facilitie GROUP BY AccomID HA...

Re: why do I have to put single quotes around this variable?

I have had to put single quotes around $inputIdEncrypt in this line: $Query = "SELECT * FROM $TableName WHERE idEncrypt='$inputIdEncrypt'"; Otherwise I get an error. Can anyone tell me why this is so? I think your getting to theoretical here. What your query is actually saying is compare the value ...

What i do know ... and what i've done before, is to make a link between an Acces Query and labels in Word. This way you select query fields and output them into word ...

There are several ways to solve this problem, depending on how many options you want to give your client. The fastest way is probably to export the names and adresses to a normal text file using Php. You can use acces to generate reports eg. mailing labels, page by page. Your question is really a li...

I use it for testing and offline development, works fine and saves you the hasle of partitioning http://www.phpgeek.com/ Greetz Ben
