just noticed some javascript code in the end, well you actually don't need js to create a menu with submenu, you can do all of that just with css. Good Luck.

But where can you get those links from? are they stored in a database or from somewhere (maybe a file)???

Well, you must have a mail() function, this function that will send the data entered by your users to your email address. if there's a blank page, it means either there's no error and in this case it should display a success message, but i think there's an error but it's not shown maybe because you ...

you have to change if($_FILES['file']['type']="application/pdf") to if($_FILES['file']['type']=="application/pdf") and add a new condition if (isset($_POST[upload])).

Well, i think all you need to do is just to put the mediafire url in anchor.
thats what i understood, or do you want to put in your database and manage it dynamically?

That's right, you can't use double quotes, instead use single quotes (<form name='yourform' ...>) or (<form name=\"yourform\" ...>) .

Hi there, just a notice, when we treat a form from different page we often use global variable $_POST as it needs. just don't forget that.
