Logging out user

Hi,

How should I logout user once he closes browser? Is there any way other than creating a framed version of web page and using javascript or using cookies. Let's say I am using $_SESSION object.

ok, but how do I create new users in the first place? If I don't have access to mysql.user then I don't see a way of inserting new records into this user table.

rating bar

Hi,

I have a database application in PHP and one of the fields is rating. What I want is a bar that is sometimes is used in polls that displays percentage-wise the value of rating. So, if I have rating value 100 (100%) then my bar would be full, 50 (50%) bar is half full.

Thanks,
